• Bianca Mattress is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect (specified below) within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product at our discretion. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable
  • Warranty on mattress will be available only in case of product failure due to manufacturing defect
  • The warranty is limited to sagging, crumbling and natural disintegration of only the core of the mattress and not to the cover under normal conditions of domestic use
  • Warranty does not cover fabric damages, such as tear, stains, color fading, bleeding, soils or burns.
  • Stitches opening on quilting or tape-edge after 15 days from purchase date will not be covered in warranty
  • Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You’ll need to submit purchase invoice and warranty card this to make a claim, without which, Bianca reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty
  • This warranty card must be duly filled, stamped and signed by the Dealer
  • We require you to supply photographs of the entire sleeping surface of the mattress and any visible faults. Failure to send photographs of the defect may result in a replacement being delayed or the mattress not being replaced
  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
  • Prorated Credit Settlements will be made in the form of credit vouchers which can be availed for the purchase of Bianca products only through www.biancahome.in
  • While the company will do its best to replace the defective mattress at the earliest, the actual time required for the replacement will depend on the availability of the product.
  • You are the original purchaser from an authorized Bianca Showroom / Franchise / Dealer who is located in India. The warranty is not transferable
  • You have complied with care instructions
  • All mattress labels are intact and the mattress has not been opened / repaired by any person other than an authorized Bianca technician
  • The decision of the Company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of the limited warranty will be final. Company reserves the complete right to refuse any warranty claim if it doesn’t fulfil the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
  • The maximum liability of Bianca is restricted to the value of purchase only. Bianca will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages occurring due to use of the product or the inability to use the product
  • Claims, if any, will be restricted to the courts within Mumbai Jurisdiction

List of Manufacturing Defects

  • Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn’t come back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or - 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit
  • Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product
  • Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling
  • Reduction of thickness of greater than 3.81 cm (1.5 inch) will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect

Exclusions of Manufacturing Defects

  • Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching
  • Any sort of fabric / zip /mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty
  • Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 3.81 cm (1.5 inch) of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty
  • Body impressions less than the amounts indicated are caused by the natural compression and settling of quality upholstery materials and are not considered a manufacturing defect, they are an indication that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body's individual contours
  • Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect and are not covered under warranty
  • Normal increase in the softness of the Visco-Elastic material, which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the product
  • Mattress cover including tears, stains, soiling, burns and the zipper mechanism even if mattress is defective
  • Damages resulting from wrong handling, excessive loading, jumping on it, improper foundation, improper bed frame, improper usage, spillage, heat, folding, bending or any other abuse
  • Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care
  • Exposure to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform
  • Transportation cost to and from our facility in Mumbai, including but not limited to freight charges and Taxes. These must be borne by the buyer
  • Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser of the product
  • Product that is purchased from an unauthorized dealer

How to avail of the Warranty Service

  • If you discover a defect in your mattress, please contact the authorised Bianca dealer where you purchased the mattress from. If the dealer is no longer in business or you have moved outside the service area, please contact Bianca’s customer care department
  • Please contact Bianca’s customer care on +91 9930030460 or info@biancahome.in with clear description of the problem, associated pictures and copy of purchase invoice. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Bianca reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty
  • Once the claim has been verified, Bianca will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty

Things You Should Do:

  • Rotate your mattress from end-to-end at 2 weeks from purchase and every 2-3 months thereafter. This will help to prolong the comfort, support life of mattress, to equalize body impressions, keeping the cushioning soft and resilient
  • Do ensure that the length & breadth of the cot matches with the mattress for a proper fit
  • Use an appropriate frame and center support
  • Do not lay the mattress on uneven cot surface and do not keep any items below your mattress
  • Keep your mattress clean. A mattress pad / topper is recommended to preserve the surface quality
  • Avoid exposure to excessive moisture / humidity, temperature or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
  • Before use, remove polythene packaging as it is meant only for transit protection
  • Use a wet-protective sheet, if young children are using the mattress
  • Carry the mattress vertically by its side for easier handling and lesser damage

Avoid The Following:

  • Letting anyone stand or jump on the mattress
  • Placing a new mattress on an old foundation. An old foundation may not provide sufficient support. It may appear that your mattress is sagging when it is really the foundation which supports the entire mattress that is faulty
  • Placing your mattress near open flame or expose to fire
  • Do not smoke in bed or expose the mattress to open flame or fire
  • Allowing your mattress to get wet, because some upholstery material may compress. Always protect the mattress from water and liquid
  • Using dry cleaning fluid of any type on the mattress. These chemicals will damage some of the construction material
