Ordering & Shipping

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible to provide you the best delivery experience. We have tied up with the reputed courier companies, such as FedEx, Aramex, and Delhivery, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Bianca provides free delivery on all items if your total order value is Rs. 1000 or more (inclusive of taxes) else, a cash-on-delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable on your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard products: For standard items, you will receive your order within 5-10 working days from the date of order, depending on the location of the delivery. These products will be shipped via air courier.
• Heavy Products: For heavy items, you will receive your order within 7-12 working days from the date of order, depending on the location of the delivery. These products will be shipped via surface shipping.

Note: Certain products have longer than usual delivery times, as some states require additional paperwork or entry permits, which need to be provided by the customer; post that, only orders can be shipped.

Tracking Your Order

The customer will get an email on the registered id notifying them of the dispatch details of the order, including courier partner details and the tracking number. We encourage you to track your order online on the courier company’s website. Most courier companies provide an estimated delivery date also. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
